    Precision torque-setting of your cockpit and components for safety and performance.

    Drivetrain, bottom bracket, chain, cassette, derailleurs, and pedals all receive the treatment they deserve.

  • The Full Send
    £280

    Our most comprehensive service package. Keeping you on the road for longer with meticulous attention to every detail that matters.

    We'll precision torque your headset, handlebar, and stem assembly to manufacturer specs, then move through your entire drivetrain—gears tuned and realigned, brakes inspected with fresh pads where needed.

    The full treatment includes complete drive system removal: chainset, bottom bracket, chain, cassette, derailleurs, and pedals. Everything gets the professional parts washer treatment before careful refitting.

  • The Works
    £350

    Our flagship service experience. Everything from the Full Send Service, plus dedicated consultation time to discuss upgrades, modifications, and optimizations tailored to your riding style and goals.

    Before we even touch a spanner, we'll sit down and talk through your bike's potential. Whether it's component upgrades, fit adjustments, or performance modifications, we'll work with you to create the perfect setup.

  • GTechniq Bike Ceramic Coating

    Making cleaning your bike a breeze with GTechniq Bike Ceramic. We'll coat your frameset with a specially formulated Ceramic compound which bonds to the surface forming a protective layer.

  • Silca Chain Wax Treatment

    Level up your drivetrain with our hot wax chain service. Using Silca's Secret Chain blend we'll deep clean, wax and optimise your chain. Increase longevity and efficiency.

  • Free Bike Inspection & 1 Year Check Up

    Not sure what your bike needs? Bring it in for a complimentary Raptor inspection. Our expert technicians will give your machine a thorough once-over to identify any issues, check it's safe to ride, and pinpoint exactly what work is required.

Drop Off Service

To make servicing easier, we now offer a drop-off service at The Clubhouse in Putney. Riders can leave their bikes with us, Monday to Thursday, and our team will transport them directly to The Workshop for work. Once your bike is ready, you’ll be notified for collection at The Clubhouse or at The Workshop.
